Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Recruiterthon LLC is seeking a Lead Analytics Engineer who will focus on analytics implementation and development. The role involves guiding best practices, building data pipelines, and collaborating with teams to ensure robust analytics foundations. Responsibilities β’ Build and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP/Laravel or Node.js β’ Develop lightweight frontend interfaces and internal tools using React β’ Support ingestion pipelines and microservices that enable analytics and CX data flows β’ Ensure secure and scalable data movement across systems β’ Lead the implementation of event instrumentation, user behavior tracking, and data collection strategies for mParticle and Mixpanel β’ Define and configure data schemas, identity resolution rules, and event attributes within CDP platforms β’ Partner with CX, product, and analytics teams to translate tracking requirements into high-quality technical execution β’ Support funnel tracking, conversion measurement, and end-to-end customer journey instrumentation β’ Build and manage paid media audiences using mParticle/Mixpanel integrations (Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360, etc.) β’ Configure audience segmentation, data sync rules, and activation logic β’ Ensure accuracy, governance, and compliance in audience delivery workflows β’ Deploy and manage applications on AWS or GCP (baseline cloud proficiency) β’ Utilize cloud services for hosting, storage, and operational workflows β’ Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes β’ Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and analytics implementation teams β’ Establish best practices for tagging, SDK usage, data quality, and integration architecture β’ Participate in solution design, code reviews, and technical documentation β’ Act as a key liaison across engineering, analytics, CX, and marketing teams β’ Troubleshoot data quality, API, SDK, and integration issues β’ Maintain clean documentation for architectures, tracking setups, and implementation logic β’ Stay updated with modern MarTech, CDP, and analytics engineering trends Skills β’ 6β10 years of experience in engineering, analytics implementation, MarTech, or related technical roles β’ Deep understanding of mParticle, Mixpanel, or similar CDP/analytics platforms β’ Understanding of PHP (Laravel) or Node.js, along with basic React proficiency β’ Experience with event schemas, SDK implementation, data contracts, tagging, and tracking strategies β’ Familiarity with paid media audience activation and MarTech ecosystem integrations β’ Knowledge of relational/NoSQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) β’ Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills β’ Proven ability to lead technical implementation and collaborate across functions β’ Exposure to containerization (Docker; Kubernetes is a plus) Company Overview β’ An Organisation is only as good as its people.
