Google Ads Manager for Growing Home Services Company ($5k–$20k/month budget)
Overview
We are Sparkle Service, a fast-growing home services company (window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, etc.) operating in competitive suburban markets.
We are currently spending between $5,000–$20,000 per month on Google Ads and looking for a performance-driven Google Ads specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition.
This is not a beginner role. We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience managing service-based accounts with clear ROI accountability.
Responsibilities
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search + Performance Max)
Improve cost per lead (CPL) and cost per booked job
Keyword research and search intent optimization
Conversion tracking setup (GA4, Tag Manager, call tracking)
Weekly performance reporting, clear metrics only
Budget allocation and bidding strategy optimization
Landing page improvement recommendations
Required Experience
3+ years managing Google Ads accounts
Experience managing $10k+/month accounts
Proven results in local service or lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of:
Search intent
Negative keyword strategy
Conversion tracking
Performance Max structure
Experience with Local Service Ads (LSA) is a plus
