Shape the backbone of global recruiting technology. As Solution Architect, you’ll design and oversee technical alignment across our AI Digital Recruiter, CRM/ATS, and Workday, ensuring seamless integration at scale.
- What You’ll Do:
- Lead discovery and solutioning for global implementations.
- Define data flows, integrations, and field mappings.
- Develop standardized architecture documentation and reusable templates.
- Partner with engineering and Workday teams to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Serve as design authority for AI and ATS solutions, driving consistency and security.
- What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years in systems architecture or solution design (HR tech or SaaS).
- Expertise in APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Workday HCM/Recruiting.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
