  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Guest Service Representative / Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their stay
  • Administering check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Providing front desk services to guests, including room assignments, administrative duties, and delivering mail and messages
