- Maintain minimal reported errors
- Consistently meet or exceed department standards related to schedule adherence, call availability, training participation, and overall productivity
- Educate members on AAA membership benefits, products, and services
- Inform members of the benefits and convenience of automatic renewal through Convenience Billing
