As a Database Administrator I, you will monitor data quality, collaborate with teams to improve database designs, and assist in product development to ensure proper data use.
- Responsibilities
- You will be analysing data within ChexSystems and making recommendations on where processes and procedures could be improved
- Explore both new and legacy technologies and tools to identify data anomalies, trends in existing data, and to validate new data sources
- You will become an expert in data and systems to assist product teams design and execute on new product initiatives
- You will work closely with multiple teams leveraging and learning skills to propel the business forward and achieve objectives
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English; Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Experience on both Mainframe and Unix/Linux systems
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI
