About the position
The Technology Client Services Consultant is an integral part of Latham’s Technology & Information Services team. This role will be responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality client-facing technology materials, while drafting, formatting, and refining technology-related content for client pitches, panels, RFPs, and capability statements. This role will be located in our Boston office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
- Responsibilities
- Supporting preparation of responses to client technology surveys and outside counsel guidelines
- Ensuring materials align with approved AI & Legal Innovation messaging and firm branding
- Standards
- Maintaining and updating the firm’s legal technology software catalog used for client inquiries and proposals
- Organizes and manages repositories of technology-related materials, templates, and standard responses
- Coordinating internal contributions to ensure timely completion of client-facing deliverables
- Tracking deadlines and managing workflow for technology-related pitch materials
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
- Requirements
- Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills, including the ability to present technical concepts in clear, structured, and accessible language
- Exhibit strong organizational and operational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Possess a demonstrated ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholders into cohesive, high-quality materials
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- A minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience
