About Us Totalis Consulting Group, Inc. is a U.S.-based technology and advisory firm developing solutions for the financial industry. We have AI-assisted drafts of an NDA and a Consultant/Advisor Agreement that need a focused legal review—not a full rewrite. Scope (Initial Engagement): -Review one Consultant Agreement Key areas: -IP ownership & assignment -Pre-existing IP / derivative works -Confidentiality & residual knowledge -Termination obligations -Enforceability under Georgia law This is a risk check and refinement, not document re-authoring.
