Who This Is For
This opportunity is built for self-motivated sales professionals who already have relationships in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, quality control, or related industries. If you're already talking to engineers, shop managers, or procurement teams, referring them to Precision Engineering Supply is a natural extension of what you do.
What You'll Do
You make the introduction. We handle everything else — quoting, order processing, shipping, customer service, and government contracting. Your job is simply to connect the right people with the right products.
What You Earn
4% commission on every completed sale you refer. Commissions are paid monthly with no earning cap and no territory restrictions. Our products carry high average order values, so a single referral can generate meaningful income.
What We're Looking For
- Existing contacts in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Comfort making warm referrals by phone or email
- Experience in technical or capital equipment sales is a strong plus
- Self-directed with no need for a base salary or guaranteed income
What We Provide

- Marketing materials including product images, spec sheets, and approved copy
- Government and RFQ support — we hold a DUNS number and CAGE code and handle all contracting paperwork
