Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are all available. A minimum of 15 hours per week is required. Training & Onboarding – Complete a self-paced, 2-hour training module – Practice support chats in a simulation environment – Begin paid live work within 3–5 days Shift in Action During a Wednesday shift from 1 PM–6 PM, you help one customer retrieve their welcome email, guide another through updating their billing settings, and assist a third with applying a referral code.
