Partner – FCPA, Government Investigations & Sanctions | Mid-Size Firm Platform
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded mid-size firm seeking a seasoned partner with substantial experience in:
- FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act) matters
- Government investigations
- U.S. sanctions and export controls
- DOJ / SEC enforcement
- OFAC matters
- Internal investigations
- Global compliance counseling
The ideal candidate brings a strong track record advising boards and senior management, leading complex cross-border investigations, and navigating high-stakes regulatory enforcement matters. Experience designing and enhancing global compliance programs is highly valued.
A portable book of business is preferred.
