I run a house flipping company in the US and I'm looking for someone who can help design the interior of our projects. (need to be familiar with US design!)
I want to have THE BEST HOUSE ON THE MARKET. But we have to work on a budget. So that is where you come in!
These are flips in the $250k–$600k range where the goal is to make smart, clean design decisions quickly.
What I need help with:
- Creating simple floor plans when we change layouts
- Kitchen layouts (cabinet plans, island sizing, appliance placement)
- Bathroom layouts
- Selecting paint colors, trim styles, and finishes
- Occasionally putting together simple visual design boards
- Reviewing project photos and suggesting improvements
Most projects are single family homes between 1200 to 3000 sqft.
You don’t need to over design anything. The goal is clean, modern, and resale-friendly.
Tools that are helpful:
- SketchUp
- Floorplanner / RoomSketcher
- Chief Architect
- Canva / simple design boards
What I’m looking for:
- Someone with good design taste for American homes
- Experience with kitchen cabinet layouts
- Able to work quickly and give practical suggestions
- Good communication in English
- Able to review photos and make decisions without needing tons of direction
This will start part-time, but could become a consistent role as we scale.
