- Work a full-time remote role as a fractional CFO for law firms
- Read, analyze, interpret financials for client law firms
- Help clients understand financial situations and make informed decisions
- Meet with up to 30 clients three times a month, equating to 60 hours
- Provide personal responsibility and hold clients accountable for actions
- Requirements:
- Strong background in financial and/or accounting roles
- Business degree, preferably with an emphasis in accounting or finance
- Hands-on experience advising small business owners who are under-capitalized
- Ability to explain financial terms in plain English
- Recognize risks of non-compliance based on trends in financial statements
- Experience in creating budgets and financial forecasts with FP&A experience
