Project Description: We have just completed our full CRM migration from ACT! to HubSpot (data cleanup, enrichment, 80,000+ verified contacts, master TAM database of 16,000+ U.S. plastics manufacturers, decision-maker enrichment, and Clay integration all done via Curious About Sales). We now need an experienced HubSpot Consultant / RevOps specialist to finalize the platform and prepare it for full live activation with our national sales team in the next 2β4 weeks. Scope of Work (deliverables): β’Build and customize all executive + territory dashboards in HubSpot (and Google Looker Studio where specified) matching our 2026 Execution Funnel and sales goals: o Pipeline health, campaign performance, territory performance, outbound ROI, lead-to-meeting-to-customer funnel o Midwest Territory dashboard (tabs/views: Territory 2026, Lost Customers, New Customers, Top 50, Samples Sent, Top 25 Prospects) o Lost-customer alerts, at-risk customer tracking, new-customer tracking β’ Create and optimize all outbound email + LinkedIn sequences in HubSpot (cold sequences targeting 40kβ50k+ contacts, reply-rate tracking, meeting booking workflows, AI personalization & lead scoring) β’ Set up automated reporting: o Monthly growth & pipeline report (meetings booked, new customers, outbound ROI, lead conversion trends) o Weekly dashboard updates o 20% website lead conversion tracking (purgexonline.com form submissions) β’ Implement AI-assisted lead scoring, routing rules, lead handoff SLAs, and playbooks β’ Configure all activity logging, deal stages, custom properties, and workflows needed for our sales team to hit 2026 targets (Jason Bishop β $1.124M Midwest goal + 40 new customers; national goal of 169 new direct customers) β’ Final data integrity audit (100% accuracy & completeness across all objects) β’ Knowledge transfer / short training session for sales leadership and Nick Haag (Growth & Revenue Operations Lead) Ideal Consultant: β’ 5+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub + Marketing Hub + Operations Hub) β’ Proven track record building sales dashboards and high-volume outbound sequences for B2B manufacturing/industrial companies β’ Experience with Clay + HubSpot integrations and Looker Studio a big plus Timeline: 2β4 weeks (we are ready to start immediately) Budget: Fixed-price or hourly (please quote both) Start Date: ASAP Please include in your proposal: β’ Your HubSpot certification level and years of experience β’ Examples of similar dashboards/sequences youβve built (screenshots or links welcome) β’ Availability to start this week Weβre looking for a true HubSpot power user who can hit the ground running and deliver a polished, ready-to-go system so our sales team can execute our aggressive 2026 growth plan ($10.5M run-rate target).
