Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our accounting and project administration team. This role involves entering and maintaining financial and project information accurately across our systems and spreadsheets.The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Enter financial and project data into accounting systems and spreadsheets
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation
- Assist with bookkeeping-related data entry
- Verify accuracy of project and accounting information
- Coordinate with team members to ensure data is complete and up to date
- Identify and flag discrepancies when they arise
- Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Previous accounting or bookkeeping data entry experience preferred
