Communication Internal Communication: EVP and other department personnel. External Communication: Outside stakeholders Couterparties Suppliers Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe. Responsibilities Key Roles & Responsibilities β’ Act as the primary liaison between investment, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting teams, as well as external advisors. β’ Manage KYC, AML, tax, and legal documentation processes for all investments. β’ Coordinate payment procedures, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of transactions. β’ Lead special projects, including the creation of legal entities abroad , and transfer of investments into these structures. β’ Maintain and enhance compliance and reporting systems for investment operations. β’ Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and reduce outsourcing costs. β’ Anticipate operational risks and proactively implement corrective measures. β’ Manage, schedule and arrange appointments, visits, meetings and company/department events, including any related travel, accommodation and/or venue bookings for office personnel, ensuring that all activities are well coordinated. β’ Coordinate between departments and business units β’ Maintain records in paper files and / or electronic systems to ensure that correct information is available upon request and maintain proper filing for confidential files and records. β’ Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelor's degree Professional Experience: 3-5 Years relevant experience Geographic Experience: N/A Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Office and web applications Language Skills: English must. Arabic as additional preferred Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: N/A
