Your primary responsibilities will include: * Responding to incoming telechat, phone calls, and emails from clients in a timely and professional manner * Providing accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues and complaints efficiently * Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers * Managing and updating customer information in our database * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met * Adhering to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service * Achieving individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and resolution time **What We're Looking For** We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service.
