Summary
Highstreet IT is seeking a seasoned Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Manager to lead large-scale Oracle Cloud transformations across global clients. This role requires a strategic leader with deep functional expertise in Oracle Cloud PPM, proven delivery excellence, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end PPM implementations, strengthening delivery capabilities, and contributing to Highstreetβs growth by enabling scalable, high-quality solutions. This is a leadership position that blends client engagement, solution architecture, and team development
Key Responsibilities
β’ Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations (Project Costing, Billing, Grants, Resource Management)
β’ Manage multi-track transformation programs aligned with ERP Cloud implementations.
β’ Drive project governance including scope management, delivery timelines, risk mitigation, and client satisfaction.
β’ Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders
β’ Lead solution design workshops and architecture discussions for PPM solutions.
β’ Strengthen PPM practice by developing accelerators, reusable assets, and frameworks
β’ Ensure quality delivery, documentation, and adherence to Highstreet implementation frameworks.
β’ Drive process standardization, automation, and best practices across PPM programs.
β’ Build high-performing delivery teams by developing internal talent and guiding project teams.
β’ Support hiring, training, and knowledge development initiatives for the PPM skill pool.
β’ Collaborate with sales and leadership teams in pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and proposal development.
β’ Contribute to practice growth through solution accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
Required Experience and Skills
β’ 12β18+ years of overall experience with 8+ years in Oracle PPM (Cloud preferred)
β’ Proven track record of leading large-scale Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
β’ Deep expertise in: Project Costing , Project Billing , Grants Management , Resource Management
β’ Strong understanding of integration points with Financials, HCM, and Procurement
β’ Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills and Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
β’ Proven team-building and mentoring capabilities
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, tagged along with strategic thinking with execution excellence
