Campaign Manager (UGC & Content Ambassador Programs)
Overview
- We are looking for aCampaign Manager to oversee high-volume UGC campaigns and content ambassador programs. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in managing content deliverables at scale while working closely with both creators and brands.
- Hours: ~100 hours per month
- Location: Remote (Preferred: Miami, Florida)
- Key Responsibilities
- Draft and structure campaign briefs for creators
- Review, approve, and onboard creators for campaigns
- Communicate directly with creators (messaging, follow-ups, reminders)
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Review and approve content submissions
- Provide feedback, revisions, and creative direction
- Coach and guide creators to improve performance
- Maintain consistent communication with brand partners
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously at scale
- Requirements
- Experience managing UGC or influencer marketing campaigns
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of content deliverables (20+ creators at once)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to give clear, constructive feedback on content
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on the brand side (strongly preferred)
- Experience working directly with brands or agencies
- Based in or familiar with Miami, Florida
- Experience with tools like Notion and Google Sheets
- Background in content creation, marketing, or social media
- Compensation
- Based on experience (hourly or monthly retainer)
