Weâre based in the greater Denver, Colorado area and growing quickly. As we grow, weâre looking for a recruiter whoâs excited to play a direct role in building the team that makes that impact possible.
About the Role
Weâre hiring a Contract Recruiter to help us scale our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This is a high-impact, high-volume recruiting role where youâll own the process end-to-end.
Youâll be the founding recruiting resource for ACT, and you wonât be doing it alone. Youâll receive mentorship and support from Fronteraâs clinical recruiting team (our partner company), giving you access to established playbooks, sourcing strategies, and recruiting infrastructure while you build something from the ground up.

- What Youâll Be Doing
- Own full-cycle recruiting for RBT roles across multiple regions (Greater Denver Area and Tulsa Oklahoma)
- Source and engage candidates (primarily through Indeed and other platforms)
- Conduct initial interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews with leadership and keep things moving quickly
- Partner with cross-functional teams (scheduling, onboarding, payroll) to ensure a smooth experience
- Keep candidate pipelines organized and up to date
- What Weâre Looking For
- 1â2 years of recruiting experience (high-volume is a big plus)
- Exposure to or interest in ABA / behavioral health is highly preferred
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles at once
- Comfortable working independently and staying on top of priorities
- Clear communicator with strong follow-through
- Adaptableâyouâre able to pivot quickly when priorities shift
- Positive, personable, and team-oriented

- 6-month contract
- 30 - 40 hours per week
- Flexible, fast-moving work environment
- $28 to $35/hour, depending on experience
- Location: Remote; Denver area preferred (Hybrid schedule expected for Denver area candidates)
- Start date: ASAP
We have determined a compensation range for this position that takes into account several factors including experience, knowledge, education, skills, and abilities. Please note that the compensation information is a general guideline and the exact compensation will be determined based on the individualâs qualifications and experience, with consideration given to the factors listed above.
Compensation Range: $28 USD - $35 USD
