- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- **Leading Task Groups**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
- **Process Improvement**: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to implement changes and drive business outcomes.
- **Data Visualization**: Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in a field related to data analysis, business administration, or a related field.
- **3+ Years of Experience**: A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or a related field.
- **Data Analysis Skills**: Strong skills in data analysis, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and data mining.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Collaboration Skills**: Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- **Store Experience**: Experience working in a retail or field environment, with a strong understanding of store operations and customer needs.
- **ASDS Experience**: Experience working with ASDS systems and processes, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- **Project Management**: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
