As a Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless transition of clients to our new application system. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy (minimum typing speed of 40 WPM required)
- Assisting in the manual setup of organizations and user credentials during the migration to a new platform
- Supporting end-users by establishing organization and user profiles
- Collaborating with team members to facilitate seamless transitions for clients to the new application system
- Working flexible shifts as per project requirements, with options including 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-6 PM, 10 AM-7 PM, or 11 AM-8 PM (EST)
- *Required Skills:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- **Typing Proficiency:** Fast and accurate typing abilities (over 40 WPM)
- **Language Skills:** Strong command of English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage directly with end-users
- **Experience:** Previous helpdesk or Tier 1 triage experience is a plus but not mandatory
