SynergenX and Low T Centers are seeking a part time Telemedicine Provider to treat patients remotely in Texas for our Telehealth Self inject program. Must be licensed in Texas with DEA as well!
SynergenX and Low T Center are health clinics dedicated to improving mens' and womens' health and quality of life through hormone replacement therapy for Men and Women (self-inject) weight management programs. We are currently seeking a certified Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to serve as a mid-level provider to deliver quality Male HRT in the form of Telehealth.
Due to the nature of the expansion of SynergenX and Low T Center, there is potential for professional growth for the right candidate. This is a very unique opportunity for a PA or NP to be part of the foundation and bright future of this company.
- The PA or NP needs to have:
- Sound medical decision-making abilities
- Quality patient relationship skills
- Active Texas NP or PA state license in good standing
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
- Current DEA License required

Training is for 2 full weeks and can be remote (Paid as well). If travel for training is required, All travel accommodations are fully paid for with a daily food allowance. Equipment also provided.
