Β Fielding client questions and inquiries related to accounting, products, pricing, and processes. You will use your problem-solving skills to address issues of varying complexity and prevent escalations.
Β Guiding clients through product and service changes, explaining pricing, and following up on resolutions.
Β Processing client terminations with care and empathy.
Β Delivering high-quality bookkeeping and tax services to a portfolio of small business clients across industries. You'll develop an understanding of client business models to provide tailored solutions.
Β Advising on best practices for client communications and service.
Β Supporting other teams (onboarding, maintenance, tax) as needed.
Β Contributing to department and company projects.
Requirements
Β Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting or Finance preferred
Β 3+ years experience in bookkeeping, ideally in a multi-client environment
Β 3+ years in a client service role handling varying complexity
Β QuickBooks online proficiency/certification a plus
Β Strong verbal and written communication skills
Β Skilled in problem-solving, critical thinking and process improvement
Β Comfortable working autonomously from a home office
