Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Support Specialist to in a remote setting. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and support through our innovative healthcare services. You'll work closely with our clinical teams to drive patient satisfaction, improve health outcomes, and advance our mission to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities * Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to: + Drug Treatment Management programs + Vaccination Services + Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various market strategies and initiatives to ensure business needs are being met * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by: + Conducting, assessing, and re-planning processes + Monitoring and evaluating results + Executing changes * Ensure region drug stores comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines * Drive provincial pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business strategies to meet organizational financial objectives * Carry out and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance * Support efforts to enhance patient experience by focusing on healthcare services (e.g., patient interviews, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, training, and support to pharmacists and field administration * Support staff training experiences and development opportunities * Advance collaboration and persuade pharmacy staff by encouraging a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and guidelines of ethics and integrity * Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure accuracy and propriety of medications * Review patient accounts and profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment * Provide individualized patient/supplier counseling * Through the use of excellent interpersonal skills, win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns * Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual counseling * Be responsible for all inquiries, exchanges, and issues directly related to patient treatment * Provide clinical meetings and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary * Perform other work related to the job duties in this record as assigned by management * Adhere to rules and procedures for all job responsibilities to meet objectives * Comply with organizational strategies and techniques, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines * Ensure compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations Essential Capabilities * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience in promoting colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/coordinating and following details and meeting time constraints of multiple projects with varying completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal oversight, relying on oneself to complete targets and deciding when acceleration of issues is necessary * Experience providing customer support to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred Capabilities * Ability to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Radio, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in bolthires Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as money, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting borders, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in bolthires PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, reworking, storing, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in bolthires Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, sticking, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and column width, arranging, inserting graphics, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet, and print capabilities) Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Health care benefits: We generally offer health care benefits, such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, to eligible employees.
