We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to and contribute to the success of our Disneyland Resort and other West Coast bolthires Parks, Experiences, and Merchandise groups. The Role As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting the strategy and execution of charitable asset donations, product credits, and meal donation packages for the Disneyland Resort.
You'll work closely with our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) team to identify donation opportunities and develop relationships with local community organizations and non-profits. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing accurate and timely communication and reporting to internal stakeholders and external partners * Leading operational methods and applications, adhering to guidelines, rules, and internal controls * Maximizing your strong networking and social skills to develop and maintain fine relationships with local community corporations and non-profits * Partnering with CSR to assess accredited non-profits and identify donation opportunities * Acting as the daily operational touchpoint for non-profit agencies (NPOs) and internal companions for donations requests and other program inquiries * Creating and leading asset availability lists, broadening targeted communication, and strategically selecting NPOs to acquire donated property * Helping the execution of charitable donation special activities, such as auctions, distributions, and installations * Building and maintaining donation facts in the Cybergrants Contribution Management System (CMS) * Broadening and preserving monitoring, tracking, and reporting equipment to keep auditable records of all property donated to NPOs * Gathering records, designing charts and metrics, and using data-driven storytelling to measure the success of the program * Discovering and implementing opportunities for sustained development of applications, guidelines, and processes to drive expanded impact and value * Maintaining the organization's strong fantastic relationship with local, national, and international non-profit agencies, including Goodwill * Preserving compliance with regulatory guidelines through regular partnership with Legal, Environmental Integration, and Environmental Affairs * Functioning as an alternate agent, taking calculated risks to combine procedures, eliminate boundaries, and set desires * Representing the wishes of the branch and the community in construction/salvage project walks * Arranging the logistics of donation deliveries and pick-bolthires throughout all Disneyland Resort locations and stale-website warehouses Required Qualifications & Abilities * Top-notch guest service skills, with the confirmed capability to represent an agency positively * Strong written and verbal communication talents and the capacity to effectively communicate at all points of the agency * Self-motivated entrepreneurial spirit with a bias towards action * A success-oriented project management experience * Proven energy in partnerships: ability to leverage network understanding and resources to definitely impact in the workplace environment * Ability to work efficiently while finding opportunities, growing options, and recommending solutions to complex business problems in a self-sufficient and fairly collaborative environment * Potential to handle multiple priorities and timelines for results * Interest in gaining knowledge of complex software and applications * Experience collecting, organizing, and presenting statistical analysis and metrics Preferred Qualifications * Familiarity with arenaflex's work with non-profits * Passion for environmentalism * Enjoyment in a warehousing environment Education * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related field preferred What We Offer * Competitive salary: $70,000 per year * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for community development and data entry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
