Job Summary We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative to in a work-from-home opportunity. As a key member of our MHBP Service Operations team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and providers.
This role requires a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Engaging, consulting, and educating members and providers regarding their needs and preferences * Handling basic and complex customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner * Ensuring all interactions with customers are documented accurately and thoroughly * Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience * Adhering to company policies and procedures in delivering exceptional customer service * Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent (minimum requirement) * Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment (preferred) * Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology (a plus) * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy * Problem-solving skills and ability to provide effective solutions to customer issues * Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple screens simultaneously * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: * Experience working in a healthcare industry environment * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field
