About this role: arenaflex is seeking out an Associate Analytics Assistant for internal Global Treasury Management (GTM) as part of Enterprise Functions.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our analytics efforts and providing critical insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: * Research, gather, and report on work volume, individual volume, productivity, quality, and distinctive statistics to inform business decisions * Provide reporting using database queries and spreadsheets to drive data-driven insights * Perform everyday administrative, tool-related, and operational manual tasks to ensure seamless operations * Coordinate, monitor, and generate everyday production of information applied in analytics to support business objectives * Regularly acquire feedback from the manager and address questions and issues to greater professional individuals * Interact with the immediate team, peers, and manager on policies and procedures to ensure alignment and collaboration * Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration Required
Qualifications: * 6+ months of Administrative or Reporting experience, or the same examined through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, navy experience, education * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Desired
Qualifications: * Intermediate bolthires Excel skills with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and perform data analysis * Intermediate bolthires Access skills with the ability to design and implement databases * Knowledge of reporting, manipulating information, and/or trending with the ability to provide insights and recommendations * Familiarity with spreadsheets and data analysis tools with the ability to create reports and dashboards * Ability to provide manner enhancements and troubleshoot issues with the ability to resolve complex problems * Knowledge of Monarch Software with the ability to design and implement data extraction and reporting solutions * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
