Key Responsibilities As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include: * Demonstrating reliability and commitment to being present for your full shift each day * Handling a high volume of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails * Meeting our high performance bar, including exceeding customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics * Engaging customers with a passion for people and a desire to build strong relationships * Listening actively and showing empathy to understand customer needs and concerns * De-escalating customer concerns and finding creative solutions to customer issues * Problem-solving and thinking analytically to find solutions that meet customer needs * Multitasking and navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer customer questions * Escalating systemic issues and sharing trends with leadership to help improve our processes Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * To be at least 18 years of age * To hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent * A private and dedicated workspace free of distractions or noise * A knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent * A reliable computer with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload) * A willingness to undergo comprehensive training and adhere to our policies and procedures Pay & Benefits As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy: * Hourly pay rate: $15 an hour with tenure-based increases as early as 6 months * Quarterly performance bonus of up to $2,000 * Referral bonus of $500 per eligible referral * Health, Vision, and Dental Insurances (coverage starts on Day 1!) * 401(k) with company match up to 4% * Paid Time Off (start accruing time immediately) * 7 Paid Federal Holidays and 1 Floating Holiday * Paid/Unpaid Parental Leave options * Eligible Tuition Reimbursement (up to $5,250) * Wayfair Employee Discount * Volunteer Day for Community Service (Paid Day Off) Why arenaflex Customer Service?
