Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Part-Time
Remote Data Entry and Integrated Data Analyst to. As an Integrated Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in serving as a subject matter expert for all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) related analyses. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze data collected from various Flight Safety Programs and provide concise, indicative insights to support the analytical needs of Flight Ops Safety. Key Responsibilities Ensure the timely and accurate submission of monthly reports Administer all aspects of the IDCAT software, including customer support and feedback monitoring Support all Integrated Data Collection and Analysis Tool (IDCAT) software-related administrative tasks Download Tableau data to the arenaflex server and populate current dashboards Analyze, create, and visualize data in Tableau workbooks/dashboards Categorize and organize Instructor/Evaluator measured devices and feedback for assessment Support IDCAT observation form format and generate/create data collection paperwork inside the software Perform regular training data analyses and identify gaps in effectiveness in current Flight Ops Training Assist in the quarterly data review of the Data Integration Agency (DIG) and AQP Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Intermediate level experience in data analysis and visualization, project management, and Tableau data visualization Knowledge of database management, analysis of large and complex databases, and data visualization skills (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) Intermediate knowledge of statistics and math concepts, with strong research abilities and attention to detail Skilled in bolthires Office Suite, with experience in developing presentations and strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills Excellent partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with diverse teams and departments Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Experience in integrating qualitative and quantitative datasets Knowledge of enterprise airline operations and proficiency in building relationships with all levels of employees Ability to resolve complex problems and perform tasks with minimal supervision Ability to adapt to changing situations and adopt new techniques and methodologies as needed Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data with accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders Strong research and data analysis skills, with the ability to identify trends and patterns in complex data sets Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
