Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to as a Customer Support and Ramp Agent. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of freight, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients. This is an entry-level position, and our experienced managers will provide guidance and mentorship to help you succeed and advance in your career. Key Responsibilities Safely lift, load, unload, and transport freight, mail, and packages to and from aircraft, as well as ensure timely connections by directing arriving and departing aircraft from gate positions.
Protect freight, packages, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. Safely operate and drive ground equipment, such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors, in congested areas. Utilize staff scanners and computers to ensure accurate and efficient handling of freight and packages. Work a variety of shifts, including early morning and late evening hours, with a minimum of 20 and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
A valid driver's license. Proficiency in English. The ability to wear required company-approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, protective headwear, and high-visibility safety attire. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in airport operations, customer support, or a related field.
