Key Responsibilities Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers on products and services as applicable Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, demonstrating technical proficiency and adaptability Meet all attendance requirements, demonstrating dependability and a strong work ethic Resolve customer issues via one-call resolution guidelines and/or escalated processes, ensuring timely and effective solutions Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics, consistently delivering high-quality results Maintain a balance between company policy and client benefits in decision-making, exercising sound judgment and critical thinking Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements, positively impacting our clients and their customers Compile and document customer information as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Embrace changes within the current business environment, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset Essential Qualifications Dedicated area to work from in your home, ensuring a quiet, distraction-free environment Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds (wireless access is not permitted) Demonstrated passion for excellence in customer service, with a strong focus on treating and caring for customers Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify customer needs and articulate products and services clearly Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to customer satisfaction Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare or related industry Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
