As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in helping us refine our approach to data evaluation, constructing gear with open source software, and driving real-time adjustments to better serve our customers.
Job Overview In this remote Data Analyst position, you will be responsible for creating reporting models that examine key performance indicators, contributing to the growth of our in-residence data gear, and working directly with engineering groups to make device upgrades. You will apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-friendly documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data tests. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis Collect, analyze, and present data from the device while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences unfamiliar with the domain Recognize patterns to outline gaps in the applicant tracking device and drive change at a device level with responsible parties (end users, system admins, etc.) Ensure successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience Previous experience working with People or Recruiting groups, or in-depth understanding of full-cycle recruiting Prior relational database experience Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages Understanding of bolthires/CD workflows and automated testing Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Critical thinking and a fundamental concept approach to problem-solving Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or a related field Experience working with open source software and customized data gear Knowledge of recruiting analytics and hiring tendencies Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and recruiting groups Strong understanding of data quality, consistency, and accessibility Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
