Job Overview
The Data Analyst and Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data to stakeholders, identifying trends, and optimizing system design. Key Responsibilities Apply a product-centric approach to data and reporting, ensuring discoverability through user-excellent documentation and trustworthiness with rigorous data testing Design, build, and maintain data models to ensure data quality, consistency, and accessibility for analysis Collect, analyze, and present data from the system while providing a subset of potentially unrelated data points/filters to draw conclusions Effectively communicate data analysis to non-technical audiences unfamiliar with the domain Recognize patterns to define gaps in the applicant tracking system and drive change at a system level with responsible parties (end users, system admins, etc.) Ensure successful integration with downstream systems and accurate reporting to stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience Previous experience working with People or Recruiting organizations, or in-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting Prior relational database experience Proficiency in SQL and other common query languages Understanding of bolthires/CD workflows and automated testing Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Data Science or Business Analytics) Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
