Job Overview arenaflex is seeking an exceptional Data Analyst to join its team as an Information Expert for the Semi program. This role is designed for a highly motivated and skilled individual who can translate complex data into actionable insights, facilitating strategic decisions and driving program success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Develop compelling, concise, and clear reports and visualizations to inform stakeholders, leadership, and Semi clients, enabling data-driven decisions.
Support the design of data extraction requests from vehicles to facilitate pattern analysis, component trials, and service opportunities. Create automated reports on fleet performance and safety, ensuring timely and accurate insights for operational optimization. Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and ensure data integrity, promoting a culture of data excellence. Write clean, tested code that can be maintained and extended by other analysts, adhering to best practices in software development.
Provide data insights to the business development team and collaborate on client-facing materials, enhancing the company's market presence and customer engagement. Review time-series data from vehicle logs, identifying trends and anomalies that can inform product improvement and strategic planning. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data analysis and manipulation. Self-motivated, quick learner capable of independent thinking in a rapidly evolving data landscape.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar technologies. Familiarity with time-series data, such as CAN, is highly desirable.
