Job Overview and Responsibilities In this full-time remote customer service representative role, you will be responsible for responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, assisting customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution, and navigating multiple systems to accurately document and update customer information.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide support and guidance to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
