We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to in supporting a nonprofit organization that processes scholarships for students attending K-12 private schools.

As a remote customer service representative, you will have the opportunity to work with and directly assist both families and schools that participate in the scholarship program. This will include responding to incoming calls related to student inquiries, scholarship application, and funding status to ensure that all questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and students are registered.
