Remote Customer Service Representative.
About the Role In this exciting and challenging position, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of e-commerce clients, providing top-notch support to their customers across various channels, including email, phone, Instagram, live chat, and more. As a native English speaker with excellent writing and communication skills, you will be responsible for handling support tickets of all tiers, ensuring timely and high-quality responses that exceed customer expectations. While experience with customer service platforms like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk is preferred, we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.
Handle customer service tickets in a timely and professional manner, maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, as required by some clients, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and problem-solving skills Work within client platforms, including ticketing systems, and adapt to new technologies and tools as needed Perform basic administrative tasks, as required, to support the client's operations and ensure seamless customer experiences Collaborate with our team, including Founders and successful entrepreneurs, to continuously improve our services and exceed client expectations What We Look for in a Candidate To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent English language skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with customers from diverse backgrounds.
While prior experience in customer-facing roles is not mandatory, a passion for e-commerce, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team are essential.
