Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Entering medical data into our electronic database with accuracy and attention to detail * Reviewing and verifying data for completeness and accuracy, making necessary corrections as needed * Maintaining confidentiality and security of all sensitive information * Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors regarding any discrepancies or issues with data * Adhering to company guidelines and procedures at all times * Completing assigned tasks within designated deadlines Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in a healthcare or medical field preferred * Prior experience in data entry or the medical field is highly desirable * Proficient typing skills and computer literacy, including bolthires Office * The ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations * Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency * Excellent communication and time management skills * Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours as needed Essential Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Proficiency in bolthires Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook * Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and data entry software * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
