This Job We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Customer Success Representative to. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in supporting client success, resolving moderately complex issues, and delivering top-tier customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, chat, video chat, and other lines of communication. Key Responsibilities Support client success and seek ways to improve modestly complex requests or issues from clients regarding financial products and services through different channels. Perform routine tasks such as responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a top-tier customer experience while adhering to work rules, policies, and guidelines. Routinely receive direction from management, escalate questions, and refer more challenging issues to staff. Conduct analysis to determine moderately complex client issues, including consulting with different departments for issue resolution.
Collaborate with experienced representatives on difficult issues. Be responsible for training new hires and less experienced staff. Respond to inquiries and issues from clients in a timely and professional manner. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in evaluating and addressing the needs of clients or resolving customer issues, or comparable experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of clients, colleagues, and management. Basic bolthires Office skills and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and use search tools to find information. Experience in delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent verbal, written, and relational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of financial products and services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
