Job Overview As a Business Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in conducting comprehensive data analysis, utilizing industry-standard methodologies and technologies to transform data into meaningful business insights. Your primary focus will be on creating and maintaining a thorough understanding of business processes related to all aspects of the 340B program.

Collaboration with colleagues is key, as you will provide business decision support and analysis to appropriate levels, contributing to the enhancement of existing business cycles and program expansion. Key Responsibilities Conduct data analysis to determine key drivers and the feasibility of solution choices, utilizing AI tools and technologies where applicable. Design graphs, tables, and other presentations for use in presentations to various audience levels within the organization. Perform client-specific program analysis and make recommendations to improve program performance, leveraging data insights and industry best practices.

Analyze related data to recommend system and operational strategy changes and improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Address complex business issues within the organization by providing objective, data-driven solutions. Identify opportunities for enhancement of existing business cycles and program expansion based on investigations performed, and present findings and recommendations to different levels within the organization. Develop and cultivate working relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders to facilitate useful exchanges of information, supporting colleagues with data, information, and reports as needed.

Foster a deep understanding of the 340B program to identify improvements to the 340B program offering, ensuring compliance and optimization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related discipline. Experience in performing data analysis and data management activities, with a strong understanding of statistical methodologies and data visualization techniques. Proven ability to create approaches to achieving objectives with minimal supervision, relying on self-motivation to complete targets and discern when escalation of issues is necessary.

Experience in creating and delivering presentations to different audience levels within an organization, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Intermediate-level proficiency in bolthires Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies. Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes, both within the state and out of state, as required. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working with pharmacy data at a retail pharmacy, Drug Benefit Manager, benefit consultancy, or managed care organization, providing a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.

Experience with project management, including planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve the successful completion of specific project objectives and goals. Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with vendors, demonstrating strong networking and partnership-building skills.
