Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to of data-driven professionals who are passionate about using data to drive business growth and improve healthcare outcomes.
As a key member of our Retail Strategic Health Analytics team, you'll develop and implement advanced data analytics solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling will enable you to uncover hidden patterns and trends in large datasets, and develop predictive models that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement advanced data analytics solutions that drive business insights and inform strategic decisions * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions * Design and implement data visualizations and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders * Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data-driven decision-making * Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement * Mentor and train junior team members to develop their data science skills and knowledge Required Qualifications * 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field * Strong programming skills in R, Python, or other programming languages * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js * Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field * Master's degree or PhD in a related field is preferred Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models * Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Azure * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git Education * Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field * Master's degree or PhD in a related field is preferred Business Overview At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
