Job Summary We're seeking experienced customer support representatives to join our remote team and provide exceptional support to our customers. As a customer support representative, you'll be responsible for managing a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and text messages, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.
You'll also be responsible for meeting personal contact handling quotas, handling customer complaints, and following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Key Responsibilities * Manage a large volume of incoming calls, emails, and/or text messages * Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction * Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods/tools * Meet personal contact handling quotas * Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions * Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies * Go the extra mile to engage customers * Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve skills and knowledge * Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives Essential Qualifications * Excellent communication skills, verbal and/or written * Comfortable working with a computer * Ability to adapt/respond to different character types * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum 5 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload * Windows computer capable of running multiple (5+) Chrome tabs without slowdown * Headset compatible with computer * Quiet work environment free from distractions * Available to work weekends, with busiest times on Saturday afternoons, Sunday mornings, and Monday mornings (12 PM to 5 PM Eastern Saturday afternoons, 9 AM to 1 PM Eastern Sunday and Monday mornings) Preferred Qualifications * Previous customer support experience * Experience working in a remote or call center environment * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt/respond to different character types * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
