Key Responsibilities As a customer service representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Promoting arenaflex and its unique sugar-free chocolate offerings across various communication channels, including email, SMS, and social media * Processing customer requests in a timely and accurate manner, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy * Escalating inquiries and issues when required, and working closely with internal teams to resolve complex problems * Managing communications with potential customers, addressing frequently asked questions, and providing reassurance when needed * Assisting with managing reviews and responding personally to customers who have left feedback, with a focus on resolving issues and improving the overall customer experience Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A deep passion for customer advocacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences * A familiarity with social media platforms, including a strong understanding of emojis and their usage * Enthusiasm for sugar-free chocolate and a willingness to learn about the technical details involved in creating these treats * Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs, including varying schedules and hours * Exceptional organizational skills, including grammar and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly valued: * Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food or beverage industry * A strong understanding of sugar-free diets and the importance of macros in customer decision-making * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including our unique sugar-free chocolate offerings * Experience working with social media management tools and platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess: * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner * Exceptional problem-solving skills, including the ability to assess problems, research solutions, and work with customers to completion * Outstanding organization and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines * The ability to work well independently and as part of a team, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and mutual support
