Key Responsibilities * Participate in online discussions and studies, providing feedback and insights on various products and services * Conduct data entry tasks, including typing, reading, and writing * Use your webcam and smartphone for studies that require video or mobile participation * Maintain a quiet and distraction-free work space, with a stable internet connection * Follow oral and written instructions, and take direction from our team * Meet productivity and quality standards, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail * Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications * Computer with internet access, and a stable internet connection * Quiet work space away from distractions * Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions * Data entry or administrative assistant experience is not required, but can be a bonus * Backgrounds in customer service, administrative assisting, sales, and sales support are helpful but not mandatory Preferred Qualifications * Data entry skills, with a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute * Experience with online research and data collection * Backgrounds in healthcare, warehouse work, delivery driving, customer service, and other related fields * Familiarity with online platforms and tools, including webcams and smartphones Skills and Competencies * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong organizational and time management skills * Attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to learn and adapt quickly * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
