Job Description As a Travel Agent and Customer Experience Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for researching and coordinating travel plans and accommodations for clients, including but not limited to hotel bookings, car rentals, flights, events, and more. You will stay abreast of certifications and training from various vendors and suppliers to offer top-tier travel options and engage with potential clients to understand their preferences and requirements, delivering tailored recommendations for their trips.

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for strategizing and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to clients.
You will collaborate closely with clients to discern their needs and preferences, offering expert recommendations for destinations, transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations. You will also furnish pertinent information and brochures to empower clients in making informed decisions about their travel plans.
