Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, addressing their queries, and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in providing exceptional customer experiences. You will work from the comfort of your own home, using your own equipment, and will be expected to maintain a quiet, ergonomic, and distraction-free workspace.
Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable experience Use various systems and tools to access customer information, update accounts, and resolve issues Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, using our proprietary software and systems Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: Be a resident of Texas, with a valid Texas driver's license or other proof of residency Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) Be at least 18 years of age Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams Be self-motivated, self-disciplined, and have a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment Have a quiet, ergonomic, and distraction-free workspace, with a reliable internet connection and all necessary equipment (see technology requirements below) Be able to type a minimum of 25 words per minute, with excellent computer skills and attention to detail Be able to pass a background check, as a condition of employment Technology Requirements To perform this role, you will need to have the following equipment and technology: A computer that meets the minimum specifications: Windows 10 or above, Intel Skylake i3 (2015) or AMD Zen Ryzen (2017) or better processor, 8GB RAM or better A direct Ethernet connection, with a consistent 50/10 Mbps internet connection Two monitors (a television screen can be used as a second monitor) An ergonomic keyboard and mouse, with a webcam and headset (with noise cancellation and a mute button) Benefits and
