Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware and server software in our state-of-the-art data centers. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure the smooth operation of our infrastructure, collaborating to overcome challenges and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities Contribute to and lead efforts in the deployment, maintenance, and support of modern and new data center infrastructure Participate in or lead troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues Test and troubleshoot new server hardware components and designs Configure and troubleshoot Linux OS-related issues on servers Deploy and maintain arenaflex's advanced data center server and network infrastructure Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve processes Develop and implement project contingency plans to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Experience troubleshooting hardware or community-associated troubles using Linux-based tools Experience in hardware, networking equipment, operating systems, and data center operations A high school diploma or equivalent Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a data center or network operation center environment Experience with light coding or scripting Experience with networking protocols Ability to lead small project teams and develop project contingency plans Familiarity with bolthires's Linux cluster and other relevant technologies Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills, including experience with Linux-based tools and networking protocols Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
