About the Role We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to at arenaflex. As a key member of our Information Science group, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and decision-making through data-driven insights and AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of data researchers to tackle complex business challenges using data science and AI. Work with cross-functional teams, including content, product, and marketing, to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements. Assume a key role in interpreting your findings for both technical specialists and non-technical stakeholders.
Assemble and maintain data pipelines to collect, clean, and prepare data for AI models. Create and evaluate AI models to extract insights from data, make predictions, and provide recommendations. Work with natural language processing algorithms to process and extract data from text-based information. Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate your findings to technical and non-technical audiences. What You'll Bring To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in data science and AI, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Here are the key qualifications and skills we are looking for: Essential Qualifications BS degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Operations Research, Econometrics, or Statistics. At least 2 years of experience in leading data analysis and developing AI models using Python. Deep understanding of AI concepts and statistical methods. Ability to extract insights and conclusions from data to inform model development and business decisions. Experience working with ML frameworks like Scikit-Learn, and data handling libraries like Pandas or similar.
Understanding of SQL and distributed data technologies. Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Streamlit, Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Looker. Preferred Qualifications MS or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Physics, or related quantitative field. Ability to write well-structured and efficient Python code. Experience in deploying and maintaining pipelines using Apache Airflow, Docker, Luigi, or similar. Understanding of the latest natural language processing techniques, text embedding models, and knowledge of Generative Adversarial Networks and Large Language Models.
Experience in fully integrating data science solutions into the business and operationalizing ML models.
