As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support, resolving their queries, and providing them with accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities: Process client emails, chats, faxes, and lockbox with accuracy and adherence to process (i.e., FIFO) Handle specialty orders and process handling with precision and care Provide client chat support, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Offer customer service phone support, ensuring that all calls are handled with empathy and a positive attitude Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while delivering superior customer service via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate and timely product and service information to clients, addressing their needs and concerns Ensure prompt and accurate order completion, following up on client requests and resolving any issues that may arise Promptly complete account correspondence (email, chat, fax, etc.), keeping clients informed and up-to-date on their orders and accounts Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education Previous inbound call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role, where you have developed your communication and problem-solving skills Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues Proficient computer, typing, and 10-key skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and applications Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Preferred
Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools and technologies Knowledge of fulfillment and distribution services, or a related field, with a understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our clients Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Communication skills:
